Video Marketing Specialist

Location: Beautiful Missoula, Montana


This position is ideal for the up-and-coming go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven by results. As the video specialist for Pintler Group: you’ll play a pivotal role in our organization. You’ll be responsible for spearheading strategic content marketing initiatives, overseeing innovative video experiments and campaigns, managing projects and being the point person for our in-person video shoots. 


Specifically, we’re looking for someone with experience behind the camera to act as the lead videographer and post-production editor for all Pintler Group projects internal (in-house projects) and external (client based projects). 

Under the guidance of our Digital Marketing Manager, this position is responsible for creating monthly marketing assets for a handful of our largest clients and our internal software products.

Position Responsibilities Include:

The Videographer is responsible for operating our SONY mirrorless cameras, advanced audio, lighting equipment and editing. Expert-level pre-production and editing experience are key. 


Content Marketing: Taking the Videos to the Masses:

With direction from our Digital Marketing Manager, the content marketing responsibilities of this role include publishing videos to YouTube, social media, websites (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow and others). 

Helping create simple thumbnail graphics for websites, social accounts, email and blog feature images. 


Front of Camera Tutorials and Interviews

We’re wanting to improve both the quantity and quality of our in-house marketing tutorials. Additionally, there’s huge demand from our clients to produce simple video series. While it is a nice-to-have and not a must-have, the individual applying to this position should feel comfortable both behind and in front of the camera talking about any number of topics. With preparation of course, this position should be able to set up a small video studio and launch a YouTube channel for a client start to finish. It’s a lot, but it’s also what makes Pintler Group unique and a place to grow fast. 


Content Writing and SEO

Part of this job will be helping our sales team build out the internal content (video, articles, podcasts) for our software-as-a-service projects. Additionally, the ability to write marketing focused content is a plus. This includes content writing for YouTube video descriptions, and quick articles walking through content marketing strategies and tactics. 

Experience With: 

  • Video Editing Software: Adobe Suite
  • WordPress Page Builders
  • 2+ Years Experience in Adobe Suite
  • Color grading 
  • Audio Editing Software (we use Audacity and Garageband)

Nice to Haves:

  • 3+ years of experience in the “real world”
  • A portfolio of projects you’re particularly proud of. Bonus points if it exists on a website.
