Marketing Manager: Full Time

About the company

Pintler Group is excited to announce that we’re hiring for the key role of Marketing Manager to join the Pintler Group agency services side of the business. This position will develop and execute marketing strategies for some of our largest marketing clients as well as lead the 2025 internal content marketing push for our new services + software on YouTube, our blog, podcasting and social media.

Agency Services: We are the marketing firm for companies without a full suite marketing team of their own. We manage paid media, email, social media, design, video and content for clients in multiple verticals across the Pacific Northwest.

Software as a Service: We’ve also built two successful SaaS products with customers around the world as an excellent revenue channel under the Pintler Group. One is a personalization software changing content by location, and the other is a video lead-gen tool making it simple to embed interactive forms (multiple choice, contact us, calendar bookings) directly into video.

About Pintler Group:

Pintler Group is a small but mighty team of marketers based in Missoula, Montana. We work with clients across the state to provide exceptional marketing services that include building robust strategies around their business goals. Sometimes this involves running YouTube ads, other times this involves planning, producing and launching a video series (with our in-house videographer). It’s custom. It’s highly personalized and it’s why we’re growing.

When we hire, we take onboarding seriously. You’ll have full support to learn (or re-learn) the discipline of marketing alongside a highly skilled team. You may have years of experience working in Google Ads, Meta, marketing strategy, growth frameworks and content writing guides. Or maybe not. We’ll review it all and then we’re just getting started! We’ve developed a robust onboarding and welcome schedule that helps ramp things up for your important role on the team and quickly integrate you with our existing client base.

Job Description: Day in the Life:

The Marketing Manager for Pintler Group will work with leadership to help elevate the agency services side of the business, specifically through internal content production, campaign management and account ownership of various clients in different verticals.

Initially, this position will be hands on learning the ins and outs of our enterprise client goals, customers, campaign architecture and the processes we’ve built over time. We’re looking for someone that can provide immediate value in maintaining strong existing client relationships as we onboard and acquire new companies and customers.

Additionally, we’d love your feedback on our existing processes: reporting, optimization and communication with clients. How can we improve? Examples of past experience doing this is a huge plus.

One day we may be heads-down building out a paid search and social strategy for a utility company in the Pacific Northwest, the next we might be outlining a podcast series combined with email automations and travel schedule for a university in Idaho.

A key requirement of this position is also the ability and willingness to roll up your sleeves and build out campaigns. After we meet with a client, there may be a new idea that surfaces or a new project deadline (spoiler alert, the client needs it sooner rather than later) and you need to spring into action. Your priority list just changed and it’s into our client’s CRM we go. Or into their Webflow blog or any number of other platforms on the marketing stack.

Who This Position is Perfect For:
This position is perfect for someone that is looking to make an immediate impact and learn fast. We operate in a startup culture. We’re looking for someone to take the lead and hold themselves accountable for elevating our existing content marketing and digital marketing.

Goal Setters:
We use the company wide operating system Traction to set quarterly goals and weekly scorecards for our clients and to hold ourselves accountable. If you have a track record of setting and achieving ambitious goals in whatever you do: this could be a great fit.

Builders:
Sure, we’re looking for someone that can manage our larger client’s marketing strategies, but the ideal candidate is someone that can create. Whether it’s a side-hustle they’re working on or the way they can display data in a meaningful way: we’d love to chat.

Energy Giver (Not Energy Takers):
Straight from the Nike playbook. We focus on delighting our clients and customers. Yes, that sometimes means supporting our clients in ways that are not explicitly outlined in the original scope of work. It means swinging through a coffee shop to pick up our client’s favorite drink. And most importantly it means showing up for one another.

Individuals that Thrive on Candid Feedback:
We value feedback and use the playbook from Radical Candor as our guide. Weekly 1-1’s are the norm with team members and debate is frequent and encouraged.

Change Agents:

The individual we’re looking to bring on and help join the leadership team for the agency side of the business is comfortable, nay, embraces change with a smile. Whether it’s an outdated process you’d like to improve or a new channel to test for a client to deliver results: we’d love to try it out. Ability to adapt and adjust to change is a must.

If this sounds like you: We’d love to have you apply. Here is the link. We will only be looking at applicants that apply through here (sorry “easy apply” buttons on Indeed and LinkedIn!)

We look forward to hopefully connecting soon.
